Paradigm II
The pricing structure for the Enterprise version is based on the number of Concurrent User licences purchased.
A concurrent user or active user is someone that has logged on and opened a module. (The software has six modules integrated into one compliance management application suite).
A non-concurrent user or inactive user is someone that has logged on but has not opened a module or has logged on with a read only account. (Available for configurations of 5 concurrent users and above)
ActiveNet (Web Connectivity)
The ActiveNet web connectivity software can only be purchased with a Paradigm II licence and has one entry point price.
Licencing structure
All products are licenced on an initial base price + an annual licence and support fee.

How to work out what you need
Estimate the number of users who will be logged into a module at any one time.
Example
If you have a total of 25 - 50 staff that will actively use Paradigm II, you will need approximately a 5 to 6 concurrent user system.
