Notifications - Action Items
When staff start Paradigm II a notification¹ appears on the desktop.  The notification gives access to Action Items², enabling staff to view documents by clicking on the 'Show Me' button³.

Documents - Kernel
All schools documentation can be found in the Kernel module in a structured directory system.   Document editing is done in Microsoft Word without ever leaving the Kernel module.

The entire school organisation structure is built into the Administrator module¹, which manages distribution of information to teacher groups, committees and other distribution lists.²
