styles to manage typical compliance management activities.

Due to the unique product design, library styles
can be modified to a user’s special requirements
at a moderate cost, or totally new styles can be designed
as required without jeopardizing future software upgrades.

Cabinet are automatically supported by the suite of

1. Activity/Competency record
Application: Used to track staff work place learning.
Set schedules for future reassessments, set Para-Links®
to documents, procedures or work instructions in the
Kernel module and run reports for
management control.

2. Training Records register
Application: Used to track staff qualifications, personal
development and general training activities. Set schedules
for retraining, set para- links® to Kernel module
procedures or work instructions and run reports for
management control.

3. Equipment/Asset register
Application: Used to register plant equipment or
items for calibration. Set schedules for maintenance
or calibration, set para-links® to Kernel module
procedures or work instructions and run reports for
management control.

4. Supplier Register
Application: Used to list and manage product or service
suppliers. Set scheduled supplier reviews, maintain
supplier ratings and use events management to automatically
notify staff when rating change.

5. Hard copy items register
Application: Used to reference hard copy printed
material such as plant/equipment manuals, contacts
or record archives. Set pretension schedules, record
locations, holders and run reports for accurate management

compliance
Application: Used to list all records, reports, evidence
and minutes referenced in the management system. Cross-link

contact dates and maintain customer relationship information.

8 Correspondence log.
Application: Used to register inward and outward
hard copy project management correspondence. Set follow-up
